Question 1

What does Mindcruit do?

Accepted Answer

Mindcruit automates back-office workflows for allied health staffing agencies. We deploy AI agents for credential tracking, compliance documentation, timesheet processing, and onboarding. We also build custom software and help agencies adopt AI tools.

Question 2

Who is Mindcruit for?

Accepted Answer

Allied health staffing agencies in the $5M-$50M revenue range. These agencies have high-volume operational workflows and small leadership teams - large enough to need real automation, small enough to lack an internal tech team.

Question 3

What is the Free Workflow Audit?

Accepted Answer

A 30-minute virtual overview call with Mindcruit founder Brett Pernsteiner. Discovery and qualification - Brett walks through Mindcruit's three pillars (Automation, AI Implementation, Custom Software) and you describe how your operation runs. Zero cost, zero commitment. The Free Workflow Audit is Tier 1 of Mindcruit's two-tier audit motion; the deeper engagement is the $500 Process Flow Assessment.

Question 4

What is the Process Flow Assessment?

Accepted Answer

A $500 full-day engagement (up to 8 hours) - on-site for businesses in California (our service area), or virtual via Google Meet with your selected team members elsewhere (local clients can also choose virtual) - where Brett observes your team's workflow and your team trains him on the operation. The deliverable is a written assessment with a current-state workflow map, an automation opportunity map, estimated time and cost savings, and a recommended pathway across Mindcruit's three pillars with concrete pricing for the recommended engagement.

Question 5

What's the difference between the Free Workflow Audit and the Process Flow Assessment?

Accepted Answer

The Free Workflow Audit is a 30-minute virtual overview - discovery and qualification, no commitment. The Process Flow Assessment is a $500 full-day engagement - on-site for businesses in California (our service area), or virtual via Google Meet with your selected team members elsewhere - that produces a written deliverable with concrete pricing for the recommended pathway. The Free Audit is the entry point; the Assessment is where scope and price become real.

Question 6

How does Mindcruit's pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Engagement-based, not hourly. Pricing for Mindcruit's three pillars (Automation, AI Implementation, Custom Software) is scoped after the $500 Process Flow Assessment, which delivers concrete pricing for your specific operation. Generic per-pillar ranges create false expectations because every staffing operation has different headcount, volume, tooling, and workflows. Bundle pricing applies when engaging across multiple pillars - best fit when transforming the back office, not just one piece. Retainer engagements look like Brett embedding as a fractional operator.

Question 7

What makes Mindcruit different from a typical software vendor?

Accepted Answer

Mindcruit builds around the agency's existing process rather than forcing the agency to conform to a platform. Our own document control system, governance automation, and AI agent workflows run our own company - we deploy the same architecture to clients. Proof by practice.
